Carlson Museum
Kristiinankaupunki, Pohjanmaa
The Carlsro estate on the shores of Suurjärvi Lake functions as the city museum of Kristiinankaupungin. The three-storey former grand villa, housing approximately 11,000 exhibits, provides a representative overview of the area's various stages. What makes the museum so grand is also the fact that the exhibits were collected by one man, Åke Weckström (1909-89).
