The park-like city of Parkano is located on the route of many summer road trips, three times on the main road. For example, a stopover in ITE-kaupunki, the summer city, is a nice way to break up the journey and enjoy the outdoor activities program. It's fun to browse the ITE art attractions for 2024, but they can also be found on a user-friendly map. The works of art on display are also enjoyable for children. The area around Pappilansalmen, Satakunnankadun, and Parkanontien is suitable for a stroll, and in the park around Pappilansalmen, it's nice to eat snacks too. The ice cream kiosk, restaurants, and shops are all conveniently located along the walking route.
