It's an ideal destination for families with small children. There's an ice cream shop/café, toilet facilities, changing rooms, swings, and beach toys available for rent. Nearby is the Kuortane Sports Institute, where adults or older children can rent equipment such as stand-up paddleboards, canoes, or fatbikes for free.
