Laihian Nuukuurenmuseo translates to Laihian Wooden Building Museum.

A beautiful and spacious courtyard where you can go for a hike, eat your own snacks, or enjoy the lovely atmosphere of the museum café. Children are particularly fascinated and entertained by the funny old household items at the Nuukurenmuseo, some of which are on display with a sense of humor, while others are genuine, fully used items. The museum is also great for children to explore because there are no "do not touch" signs or separate areas, but rather, children can experience and learn how people used to live. Children are sure to be interested in the windmill, workshop, sauna, and horse exhibition located on the courtyard.
