Blueberry Bay Beach

A beach near Katarinan meripuisto. There are two separate areas for swimming: on the right, a long, shallow bay that is suitable for children (partly sandy, so it's a good idea to swim with children near the right edge of the beach, near the rocks). The left side of the beach is rocky and steep, making it a suitable spot for adult swimmers. This side also has a swimming dock. The Mansikkalahden uimaranta beach also has a small playground. There is a charming and cozy small café on the beach, where you can get ice cream, small salty snacks, and other traditional café treats (summer 2021). Additional parking spaces can be found next to the nearby koirapuisto, which also has a dog-friendly swimming area. Free of charge. It's worth visiting here: in the summer.
